How to create your account

Creating your account is easy!

For existing employees converting from Bencor:

Contributions in your retirement plan are automatic at 7.5% of your compensation.

Your investment election will default into the Vanguard Target Date Maturity funds, depending on your age.

However, if you would like to change your investment election, you can do so by logging into online account access to make updates. See instructions below for first-time account access registration and logging into your account.

For new hires after February 1, 2017:

If you would like to set up your account, you may do so one of three ways:

Create your account online - You may access Account Set up and follow the prompts.
Create your account by phone - Call 1.888.569.7055 and provide the Specialist your access code below:

Contact your financial professional - If preferred, you may set up your account by contacting a financial professional for personalized assistance.

After you set up your account, you will need to complete a first-time account registration for your new account. See instructions below for first-time online account registration and logging into your account.

If you haven't already, you must complete a first-time registration for your new account to manage your account online. This is a one-time process.

Register here and follow the prompts. Once you are registered, you can get online access to your account, and get everything you need from just about everywhere!
