Enrolling in your retirement plan is easy!

New Clients
If you would like to enroll in your Corebridge Retirement Services retirement plan, you may do so one of three ways:

Option 1: Enroll Online

Depending on your location, access our Simplified Enrollment system to complete the enrollment process. 

Option 2: Enroll by Phone

Call 1.888.569.7055 to enroll by phone. Depending on your location, use the below Access Codes when contacting the Enrollment Specialist.

  • Location: Freeport Clinic, Access code: 69329103
  • Location: Long Beach Clinic, Access code: 69329104

Option 3: Contact a Financial Professional

 If you feel more comfortable completing the enrollment process in person or if you would like more information about the Nassau Health Care Corporation retirement plan, feel free to contact a financial professional.
