If you are a retiree collecting an LVHN Defined Benefit pension, we have support services for you!

• Contact the LVHN Pension Service Center at 888.507.4137 – representatives are available to assist Monday through Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm EST.
  • Request a change to your address, federal and/or state tax withholding, and/or direct deposit account.
  • Obtain a pension verification/confirmation letter.
  • Report the death of a spouse and/or beneficiary. 

• 50% discount for LVHN, Coordinated Health, and HNL retirees!
