Employees can now acquire and submit completed withdrawal request forms online—no postage stamps needed! Using the Message Center on the participant portal, participants can send us completed forms and required documents directly.
Here is how it works:
- All they have to do is click on “One-time withdrawal request” from their home screen and follow the prompts.
- A progress bar at the top of the page displays the steps needed to complete their request.
- We’ll notify them of their status throughout our process and inform them of any issues that may require further attention.
By enabling direct messaging with their service representative, we can more seamlessly mitigate potential risks to their request being approved. This enhancement will help expedite the withdrawal request process and get money in the hands of your employees sooner. We will continue to update and enhance experiences that will make it easier for your employees to get the most out of your retirement plan.
